  • Awful customer service!!!



    I have been trying to get ahold of a manager for 4 consecutive days about a product that was to ship out and could not be located by Pet Street Mall. # of their customer service reps put me on hold for an hour each time; never to return. The final time I called back from another phone and they told me the person I was holding for left for the day. I told them if it did ship out I was going to return it and but one elsewhere and I was told I was responsible for return shipping. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! More...

  • COSTLY return policy



    Beware of the return policy. I accidentally ordered the wrong crate. When I called, they were abrupt and advised to fill out the return authorization request form. Today it appears my card was credited however they deducted their 20% restocking fee and the initial shipping cost. The $30 pet crate ended up costing me $13.53 in original shipping, $6.00 in restock fees, & $20 UPS return shipping for a total of $39.53.     I purchased a training collar for my dog from Petstreetmall.com (which included free shipping), after discussing it with a representative of the company. The representative was very short with me and as a result I purchased the wrong product. Now that I need to send it back, the company has told me that it will deduct the cost of my (previously) free shipping because I have sent the product back.     I purchased a heated pet bed from this website because all over it says FASTEST SHIPPING, etc. This is a direct quote... "At Pet Street Mall we work to ensure that your order is shipped promptly and you receive it as quickly as possible. Orders are usually processed and shipped the same day. On rare occasions, however, we cannot get the order out the same day, and it may take 24 to 72 hours to ship."     I ordered a collapsible fence/kennel from the website. They are very slow with confirmation emails but when I eventually received one, they confirmed the price as $74.95 (purchase cost consistant with the online sale price). When the charge finally appeared (online) on my credit card, it showed as $85.91. I emailed them and they informed me that this was just a pre-authorization and that the final charge would appear correctly when it was settled.   • Terribly overpriced pet gate



    I recently purchased a pet gate from this company. It was $130. When I received it I couldn't believe how cheap and lightweight it was. I could build these gates all day long for about $15. Then I searched for a better price for this gate and found it at Walmart.com for $85. I'm not sure it's even worth that. These gates should sell for about $45-50 max. I found that there are so many websites that simply list products for a higher price than other companies sell it for.   • Horrible service and follow up



    I recently ordered a wi-fi wireless dog fence from petstreetmall.com it was due to come about three weeks later and after it hadn't come in I called the company to see what was going on. Apparently it was backordered but although he said they called everybody I was not one of those. Another week went by and I made multiple phone calls asking about my product. Either their system was down and they couldn't check my order or I had to wait 30 minutes to speak to somebody.     I ordered some products from this place. I hadn't heard anything via email about my order being placed and thought I had maybe deleted the email on accident. I emailed the company asking if they received my order since it had already been 5 or 6 days and I hadn't heard a thing.
