Overcharged


I ordered a collapsible fence/kennel from the website. They are very slow with confirmation emails but when I eventually received one, they confirmed the price as $74.95 (purchase cost consistant with the online sale price). When the charge finally appeared (online) on my credit card, it showed as $85.91. I emailed them and they informed me that this was just a pre-authorization and that the final charge would appear correctly when it was settled.

Well they charged $82.45 for the final cost and are now ignoring my emails. I have reported this to my credit card company and will NEVER do business with this shady indifferent vendor again.
